Post Adoption Case Manager

As a Post Adoption Case Mananger, Connie Garibaldi supports adoptive families by connecting them with resources, including therapies, financial aid, and more. She graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Psychology, and gained experience at Child Protective Services before finding her career at Arms Wide.

Why I started with Arms Wide:

I knew I wanted to work with kids in need ever since a social worker spoke at my high school career day. She inspired me to pursue my psychology degree and work at CPS. After a year at CPS, my sister, who was working at Arms Wide, told me about an opening here. I loved that I would be supporting adoptive families, so I applied for the position!

My favorite part about my job:

My favorite part about my job is helping families.

However, my wonderful coworkers are a close second—Cynthia and Donna are great mentors to me.

I’m bilingual—I speak both Spanish and English. And I’m a proud mom to five fantastic kids!
