Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, Benny is accountable to the President and CEO and is responsible for coordinating the implementation and activities for multiple projects relating to strategic planning initiatives, cross department internal and external operations, and troubleshooting implementation challenges as they arise.

Why I started with Arms Wide:

For the past 13 years, I have dedicated myself to helping others assess, evaluate, and execute their goals. As a result, I developed a genuine passion for being a productive change agent in one’s life and truly believe that this position will afford me those same opportunities but on a greater scale.

My favorite part about my job:

Being a part of a team that goes above and beyond to ensure that each child gets a safe and nurturing permanent family.

My least favorite part:

Knowing that despite our efforts, there is still more children out there that needs love, stability, and support.

I’m originally from New Jersey, I love to travel, and enjoy trying new things whether it be a newfound hobby, outdoor activities, or binge watching tv shows, documentaries, and movies.
