Why I started with Arms Wide Adoption Services:
I have a passion for assisting children and families within the happy times, and I enjoy supporting families during times of need. While viewing and living through different aspects of the child welfare system, I understand the need to engage and assist kinship families as much as possible.
My favorite part about my job:
I enjoy being a safe and support person for children in need, along with sharing mini and large victories with families throughout their journeys.
My least favorite part:
Watching multiple children bounce from foster home to foster home, and having that child feel in adequate and lonely.
More about me:
I am originally from Grand Rapids Michigan, the Mitten state! Where summers are 90 degrees and winters are -10! I have enjoyed the experience of having all four seasons for 23 years! My partner and I relocated to Houston Texas for job opportunities and have loved the location from the beginning!
